About Secuvise

Secuvise was founded in 2025 as an independent company, but our team brings years of experience in cybersecurity consulting. Before joining Secuvise, our colleagues worked for a range of consulting firms, service providers, or offered their expertise as freelancers. Today, we operate as a remote-first company with a clear focus on the European market, where most of our clients are based.

Even though we are a consultancy, we see ourselves a little differently: We prioritize long-term partnerships over short-term projects. This approach allows us to deeply understand our clients’ needs and build tailored solutions that grow and evolve alongside their businesses. We also minimize travel to what’s truly necessary — we’re on-site only when our physical presence creates real value, such as working with hardware in laboratories.

Our team brings together a wide range of expertise — from embedded security and penetration testing to secure development practices and regulatory compliance. Every role is directly focused on solving real-world challenges for our clients. Clear, precise communication is central to our work. Writing — whether for internal guidelines, technical documentation, client reports, or blog posts — is a key part of how we ensure our results are practical, understandable, and ready to implement.

Our Hiring Process – Step-by-Step

  1. Application: Submit your application through our form or directly by email.
  2. Response: We’ll let you know whether we currently have roles available.
  3. Preparation: You can either request materials to help you prepare for the work sample, or jump straight into the first exercise. If you prefer, we can also start with an introductory conversation to answer any open questions.
  4. Work Sample: Complete the task wherever you feel most comfortable — whether it’s at home or in the park. Tasks are time-limited to respect your schedule, and we evaluate all submissions against objective criteria.
  5. Evaluation: If your results are promising, we’ll invite you to an interview, usually lasting between 1.5 and 2 hours.
  6. Offer: If everything aligns, you’ll either speak with a senior leader or receive an offer directly.

The entire process can move quickly, or we can adapt it to your pace — whichever you prefer. Even if we’re not actively hiring, you’re welcome to submit your application and join our talent pool for future opportunities.
